Haridāsa Siddhānta Vāgīśa Bhaṭṭācārya (1876-1961) was an Indian writer and translator of Bengali literature and a Sanskrit scholar. He edited fifteen important books in Sanskrit. His multi-volume edition of the Mahābhārata along with the commentary of Nīlakaṇṭha Caturdhara, Bhāratabhāvadīpa", and his own commentary in Sanskrit, Bhārata-kaumudī, all in Bengali script along with a Bengali translation was his most impressive performance. This was published during 1925 to 1950. The Government of India awarded him Padma Bhūṣaṇa, the third highest Indian civilian award, in 1960.
